Dr. Neha Sharma is a PhD in Drawing and Paintings. She hails from Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, where she began her artistic journey. Dr. Sharma has showcased her work through numerous exhibitions and camps across India and internationally in London; Singapore.
Her artwork is deeply inspired by Hindu mythology, particularly Lord Shri Vishnu. Dr. Sharma’s art revolves around the avatars of Shri Vishnu, such as Kashyap, Matsya, and Narsingh.
“My artistic practice is a contemplative journey rooted in devotion, symbolism, and the timeless narratives of Hindu mythology. Trained academically in Drawing and Painting and shaped by years of professional practice, my work reflects a deep engagement with spiritual philosophy, particularly the essence and avatars of Lord Shri Vishnu. I work in more than one medium; acrylic, watercolour, coloured pencil and pen.
My artistic language blends vibrant colours, layered textures, and symbolic abstraction to evoke transcendence and devotion. Each work is not merely a depiction, but a meditative space—inviting the viewer to connect with the eternal, the mythic, and the divine within”.
